  • In order to sign up for the FEO special privilege, you will need to register for a TriplePlus account, taking special note to enter your FEO Employee ID into the ‘Joining code’ field. You can do so here.

  • Unfortunately, TriplePlus privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other benefits (e.g. FEO birthday voucher, marriage voucher, etc.). Do also note that the privileges only apply for dine-in a la carte items, and do not apply for takeaway/delivery.

  • Unfortunately, submitting a bill back form or expensing a purchase to Far East Organization would disqualify you from earning rebates from that bill. Your TriplePlus account should not be used in conjunction with such purchases.

  • For new joiner, your account will be activated by the time of your employment confirmation with Far East Organization.

  • The 20% rebate is credited to your account and can typically be used for future transactions at participating outlets. Terms and conditions applies.

  • The upgraded benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

  • Yes, all vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade unless otherwise stated.
