  • Upon ordering, let our staff know that you are a TriplePlus member and state your mobile number. They will retrieve your benefits, and you can let them know which vouchers or rebates you would like to use/redeem. It’s that easy!

    For outlets with Order at Table system, simply scan the QR code on the table, login with your TriplePlus account, and start adding items to your cart. You will be able to apply any vouchers or redeem rebates in your account at check out.

  • TriplePlus is a loyalty program that rewards and thanks loyal customers for patronising Commonwealth Concepts outlets in Singapore. Members will be able to earn rebates across different establishments and at outlets across the country, and build up to greater experiences, with loads of other exclusive benefits available as well for use at more than 15 brands.

    Additionally, if you sign up to receive communications from Commonwealth Concepts, you will be among the first to receive news, exclusive offers and information.

  • TriplePlus allows you to earn rebates $ when you dine at participating stores from more than 10 brands. These rebates $ will then be available for use from your next visit onwards.

    Plus2 and Plus3 members will also get to enjoy greater rebate rates, 1-for-1 & discount vouchers, and more.

    Do note that the program is only applicable for dine-in and takeaway spend.

    Plus1: Free lifetime membership.

  • Your membership will auto-renew unless you opt out.

    Upon renewal, any un-used existing vouchers will be removed and replaced by a new set of vouchers.

    You may choose to opt out by logging into your account at https://www.tripleplus.sg/.

    • Select the menu button on the top right, and select [Subscription].

    • Select [enroll/update] next to the membership tier you are currently subscribed to.

    • You will be redirected to a page that shows your subscription details, with the option to cancel the auto-renewal or update your payment method.

    You will also receive an email notification 30 days prior to the date of auto-renewal, with option to opt out of auto-renewal or update your payment method.

MEMBERSHIP

  • You can sign up by creating an account here.

    Upon successful registration, you can start earning rebates and using your vouchers (Some vouchers are only applicable for Plus2 & Plus3 membership).

  • No, only one membership is allowed to be tagged to a unique mobile number and email address.

  • Simply login to your membership account to check on the status. You may click here to login.

    Your vouchers and their respective expiry dates can be found under [Rewards].

    Your rebates balance will be shown on the top right of the page. You may also track your purchases and rebates under [My Activity]. Any unused rebates will expire 6 months after they are credited to your account.

    The system will not prompt or notify you of vouchers/rebates expiry, so do redeem them as soon as you can. Expired vouchers and rebates cannot be reinstated.

  • No, membership is strictly non-transferrable.

  • Yes, you may upgrade from Plus2 to Plus3. However, though you will keep all the $ rebates earned, all un-used Plus2 vouchers will be removed upon the upgrade of your membership, and a new set of Plus3 vouchers will be credited to your account.

    As such, we would suggest that you use all your Plus2 vouchers before upgrading to Plus3.

    If you are choosing to upgrade from Plus2 to Plus3 at the end of your current membership term, you may do so via your membership account. Should you choose to upgrade mid-term, please write in to us so that we may assist. Kindly note that we will not be able to process a refund on your Plus2 membership fee should you choose to upgrade to Plus3 mid-term.

    After your Plus2 or Plus3 membership has expired, you will automatically be downgraded to Plus1. Your earned rebates will continue to be valid till they expire 6 months after being credited to your account.

  • Kindly note that all membership fees are non-refundable.

    In addition, we will not be able to process a refund on your Plus2 membership fee should you choose to upgrade.

REBATES

  • $ rebates are dollar amount earned when you dine at the participating outlets. The amount of $ rebates you earn is dependent on your membership tier. See more here.

    When dining at outlets using Order-at-Table, please login to your membership account to place your order. This will allow the system to capture your membership details and credit $ rebates accordingly.

    When dining at outlets without Order-at-Table, please identify yourself as a member to our outlet service crew and quote the mobile number tied to your membership account when placing your order. This will allow our service crew to tag your membership account to your order prior to bill closure, in order for $ rebates to be credited to your account accordingly.

    Once the order is placed and bill is closed, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your $ rebates.

    Rebates cannot be earned or redeemed on split bills.

    Rebates are only applicable for dine-in and takeaway; not applicable for delivery.

  • $ rebates can be used on your next visit at any of the participating outlets. The amount of $ rebates you wish to use is completely up to you. You may also choose to accumulate your $ rebates to spend at a later date. However, do keep in mind that $ rebates expire 6 months from the date that they are earned.

    Simply quote the mobile number tied to your membership account to our staff when placing your order. They will be able to assist with your $ rebates redemption.

    For participating outlets with Order-at-Table, please scan the QR code, login with your membership account, and start adding items to cart. You will have the option to utilise your $ rebates at check out.

    $ rebates cannot be used to offset membership subscription fee.

  • Rebates are calculated on the receipt amount before tax, service charge and tips. Rebates will be automatically calculated once you have made payment.

  • Yes, $ rebates are valid for 6 months from date of issuance.

  • Once your $ rebates have expired, they cannot be reinstated. No request for extension of expiry of $ rebates will be entertained.

    $ rebates earned are valid for 6 months from date of issuance. You may track your $ rebates by logging into your membership account. Your $ rebates will be reflected on the top right of the page, and details of your purchases and $ rebates earned/redeemed can be found under [My Activity].

  • Simply pay by MasterCard to earn more rebates. The additional $ rebates will be automatically credited to your account. See the full rebate rates here.

  • $ rebates will not be earned on the amount on the bill covered by using existing $ rebates. However, payment on the outstanding amount on the same bill will still earn $ rebates.

  • You will not be able to earn $ rebates on merchandise, gift cards, promotional and seasonal items, hampers, corporate orders, and delivery.

    Only a la carte items are eligible to earn $ rebates. This excludes upsized items, set menus, promotional and seasonal items, customised orders, and items that are eligible for 1-1 Mains.

    Rebates cannot be earned or redeemed on split bills.

  • If you are paying with a cash voucher, you will earn $ rebates on the amount after the voucher has been utilised. If you are using other discounts, 1-for-1 or promotional vouchers, you will not earn any $ rebates on the transaction.

  • The rebate amount will be reflected immediately after the transaction has gone through. However, on a rare occasion, a slight delay might occur.

  • No, $ rebates can only be accumulated if you are logged into your member account when placing the order.

    Requests for rebates to be credited after the transaction has been closed will not be entertained.

  • No, all rebates accumulation is completed at point of billing.

    No request for rebates accumulation for previous or backdated transactions will be entertained.

  • Your $ rebates will be removed between 5-7 working days from your account should a refund happen.

  • You may reach us at enquiry@tripleplus.sg. Please include a screenshot of your receipt, as well as your registered mobile number and email.

  • No, all $ rebates and vouchers are non-transferrable.

  • No, $ rebates cannot be used to offset membership subscription fee. Please see “How do I use/redeem my $ rebates?”.

VOUCHERS

  • If you are paying with a Commonwealth Concepts cash voucher, you will earn $ rebates on the amount after the voucher has been utilised, as long as the items ordered are from the a la carte menu, and not promotional or seasonal items, set menus, hampers, merchandise, gift vouchers, corporate orders, and takeaway orders.

    If you are using non-TriplePlus vouchers, for example, mall vouchers, you will not earn any rebates on the transaction.

  • No, all $ rebates and vouchers are non-transferrable.

  • After you have logged into your membership account, you will be able to see all available $ rebates and eligible vouchers.

  • Yes, vouchers applicable to your membership tier will expire on the same day your membership expires. There are exceptions to this, for example, birthday vouchers are only valid for 30 days after issuance, and adhoc promotional/seasonal vouchers are only valid for a limited time. You may check on your vouchers and their respective expiry dates by logging in to your membership account.

  • You will receive your birthday voucher on the first day of your birthday month.

    If registration is made within the birthday month, voucher will be credited after 2 pm on the following day from sign up.

    If update is made within the birthday month, voucher will be credited after 2 pm on the following day from update.

    If your membership account is not updated with your birthday details, no birthday voucher will be issued.

  • Your birthday voucher(s) is/are only valid during the month of your birthday.

  • This is to show the total quantity of the vouchers you are entitled to. Instead of displaying the same voucher 3 times, and to streamline your browsing experience, we have indicated the voucher count in the brackets instead. [1/3] means that you have 3 vouchers remaining, [2/3] shows that you have used 1 voucher and 2 vouchers remain. [3/3] means that you are at your last voucher for the outlet or promotion.

  • For Plus2 and Plus3 accounts, vouchers will be credited within an hour of purchase, with the exception of birthday vouchers..

    You will receive your birthday voucher on the first day of your birthday month. If registration is made within the birthday month, voucher will be credited within 24 hours from sign up. If your membership account is not updated with your birthday details, no birthday voucher will be issued.

  • Yes, in general, all vouchers are not applicable for use on the following days:

    • whole day of public holidays and special occasions

    • all Saturdays in December (Except for birthday vouchers)

    *examples of special occasions - Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New year’s eve

    For F1 period, the acceptance of TriplePlus vouchers and discounts is at the discretion of the participating outlets.

  • Vouchers are not stackable and cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers or promotions. Splitting of bill to utilise multiple vouchers or promotions is also not allowed.

  • To receive seasonal vouchers, you will need to consent to receiving emails as this is the channel through which we will inform of seasonal promotions. To indicate your consent, you can check the box next to “Allow email” in your account.

  • No, vouchers, once expired, cannot be reinstated.

    No request for reinstatement of expired voucher will be entertained.
