Promotion faq

After your Plus3 plan ends, your membership will be renewed as Plus2 at $20+.
Members will just need to pay $20+ ($21.80) instead of $38+ ($41.42).
All TriplePlus members just need to upgrade to Plus2 and pay using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card.
Unfortunately, this upgrade is in collaboration with Mastercard and requires member to subscribe and pay via a Mastercard.
This promotion is open to new & existing Plus1 members who have not upgrade to Plus2 or Plus3 before. New members will need to sign up as Plus1 and upgrade.
No, this promotion is only applicable to new Plus1 members who are not currently on Plus2 or Plus3 plan.
Unfortunately, this promotion is not applicable for auto renewals. A member who is automatically renewed at Plus3 will be charged at plus3 rates.
Unfortunately, this promotion is only open to all who upgrade their membership from Plus1 to Plus2 within promotion period.

You will receive your birthday voucher on the first day of your birthday month. If registration is made within the birthday month, voucher will be credited within 24 hours from sign up. If your membership account is not updated with your birthday details, no birthday voucher will be issued.
