Terms & Conditions

  1. Each voucher is valid for a period of X months from the date of issuance.

  2. After the voucher's validity period, the coupon code will expire and can no longer be redeemed.

  3. Upon redemption, the Plus2 plan is valid for 6 months, while the Plus3 plan is valid for 12 months only.

  4. Voucher can only be redeemed through the TriplePlus Mobile app.

  5. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced when lost/damage.

  6. No extension of expiry date will be entertained.

  7. Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

How to redeem coupon code?

1. Download and Open the TriplePlus Mobile App.

Note: You may also search [Tripleplus] in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to find the TriplePlus Mobile App.

2. Select [Sign Up Now] Button

3. Sign Up for a new TriplePlus account or Login to your Existing Tripleplus account.

4. Select [More] at the bottom right.

5. Under more options, select [Enter a Coupon Code].

6. Enter your Coupon Code, this can be found at the back of your Plus2 or Plus3 Gift Voucher.

7. Select [Done] button

8. Once the message “The code succeeded” appears, Select [Close] button

9. Once successful, you should be able to see Plus2 or Plus3 member on the homepage of your TriplePlus mobile app.

Note: For Plus2 and Plus3 accounts, vouchers will be credited within an hour of Coupon Code redemption, with the exception of birthday vouchers. You will receive your birthday voucher on the first day of your birthday month.
