Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.
Voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.
Each voucher is valid for 2 mains only: 1 paid main and 1 free main.
Voucher is not valid on public holidays, special occasions and off-in-lieu holidays.
Up to 2 x 1-for-1 Mains Vouchers may be used in a single receipt, subject to a minimum of 4 diners. One voucher may be redeemed for every 2 diners.
Service charge applies to the full price of dine-in orders before any discounts, vouchers, or promotions are applied, and does not apply to pick-up orders

TRIPLEPLUS$ REBATES

• TriplePlus$ remains valid throughout the member’s membership period and will expire upon membership expiry, subject to a 1-month grace period extended to all members. For example, if a member’s membership expires on 31 December 2026, all TriplePlus$ will expire on 31 January 2027.
• To accumulate TriplePlus $, members must be logged in to their member account via the Order-at-Table system or provide their registered mobile number to the service crew at the point of billing.
• Requests to credit TriplePlus$ for past bills will not be accepted.
• Requests to reinstate expired TriplePlus$ will not be accepted.
• TriplePlus$ is accumulated based on the receipt amount after discounts and before tax, service charge, and tips, excluding items that are not eligible for TriplePlus$ accumulation.
• Only a la carte items are eligible for TriplePlus$ accumulation. This excludes upsized items, set menus, promotional and seasonal items, customised orders, and items eligible for 1-for-1 Mains. Merchandise, gift cards, hampers, corporate orders, and delivery orders are also not eligible for TriplePlus$ accumulation.
• Eligible items for TriplePlus$ accumulation may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
• TriplePlus$ cannot be accumulated or redeemed on split bills.
• TriplePlus$ is non-transferable.
• TriplePlus$ cannot be used to offset membership subscription fees.
